These terms govern your use of BingeSwipe (bingeswipe.com). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

BingeSwipe helps you discover TV series through a swipe interface and generates personalized recommendations. Recommendations are provided for information and entertainment only; we do not guarantee that any title will match your taste or be available on a given streaming service.

An account is optional and lets you save your taste profile and watchlist across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means beyond normal use, or scrape its content at scale. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

Series information is provided by TVMaze under a CC BY-SA licence and belongs to its respective owners. "Where to watch" and streaming links point to third-party services we do not control, some of which are affiliate links. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or pricing.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that recommendations will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, BingeSwipe is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
